Hercules Deadline Anchor Co. was purchased in early 1980 from Elmer Decker of Decker Engineering. Our first anchor was manufactured in Casper, Wyoming in March of 1981. In the decades following we have produced thousands of anchors from the same location while holding the standards of what is the recognized industry leader of deadline anchors.
In addition to our standard models, we developed our patented SG Sure Grip anchors in the late 1980"s designed for use with Plastic Filled Valley Wire Rope.
In 2005 we developed our rotating drum anchors which are designed to ease and speed up the drill line cut and slip process. In 2006 we sold our first rotating drum model anchor which is now offered in multiple sizes.
Today we continue to manufacture our wide variety of deadline anchors to the same high standards and quality that has set the bar for the drilling and workover industry.
